I wrote about the Picasa photo editor in my blog [www.jsarnett.wordpress.com] becuase I am very familiar with it. Being an avid amateur photographer, I have been using Picasa for a couple years now and like some of its features better than my $400 photoshop software. All in all, I found the list to be confirming, since I use many of the tool already, plus a source of ideas for some I've never tried...and a few I've never even heard of!
